The Pond Home values its staff and appreciates the high level of resident services they provide. Appreciation Day for all staff is observed every spring, and a special lunch or dinner is held for those employed for five years or more. In December the holiday season is celebrated at the staff party with dinner, entertainment, gift swap, and lots of fun.
